Bug Description
When I enlist a node I see a load of these:
Oct 10 08:48:04 maas maas.region.events: [WARNING] Event 'NODE_TFTP_REQUEST: ifcpu64.c32' sent for non-existent node with MAC address 'ec:a8:
This is not necessary, it's entirely normal for enlisting nodes.
