Bug Description

Bundle testing often fails because because the bundle is truncated. The tester is calling
    http://manage.jujucharms.com/api/3/search?text=bundle&type=approved&doctype=bundle
When pull this url, we see that *when* it loads, the time is about 23 seconds. We suspect that that any query taking more than 30 seconds will be truncated.

This block bundle testing

For now we suggest paginating using the &limit=xx options to work through the bundles until the new back end is available in a couple of weeks.

Limit by itself isn't enough to do pagination. You also have to
specify the starting point for every subsequent page. How would I
specify the starting point?

Thanks for this report. We've added work items to add an offset to the charmworld search api and noticed the same missing control in the new api so that will be corrected as well.
