Document Properties: Page Margins do not get converted to new units when changing Page Size Units

Bug Description
- Windows XP, Inkscape rev 13578
- open Document Properties dialog
- click on Resize Page to Content
- in my case, note that Page Size/Custom Size Units = px
- set Right margin, or any margin, to 10 px
- change Custom Size Units to mm
- note that Page Size Width and Height get converted to new units as expected
- note that Margins do not get converted, presumably still in px?
