[Dell Precision M2800] Wifi slider cannot turn wifi off, but works for BT

The wireless slider on this system can't turn the Wifi off, but it could turn the BT on/off normally.

Steps:
1. Install 14.04.1 + update (3.13.0-37), boot to desktop
2. Try to turn the wifi off with the slider

Expected result:
* Both wifi and BT could be controlled by the wifi slider.

Actual result:
* Only BT could be turned off with the slider.

Verified with mainline kernel 3.16.0-031600-generic #201408031935, wifi slider works as expected.

Still not working with 3.13.0-65, will verify it again on 14.04.2 or 14.04.3 stock image.

Wifi and Bluetooth can be controlled by the Wifi slider on 14.04.3 stock image, however the Bluetooth indicator does not work well, it will be grey out even you turn the slider back on (but Bluetooth still working), and this issue could be fixed by applying updates.
