Bug Description

(Might be unrelated to gprs, haven't tested other properties/interfaces)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start two phonesim processes (e.g. /sim1 and /sim2)
2. Run /usr/share/ofono/scripts/disable-gprs /sim2 && /usr/share/ofono/scripts/enable-gprs /sim1

What was expected:
Nothing

What happened instead:
Both phonesim processes consume 100% of CPU
