Bug Description
The setting for ‘Turn screen off when inactive for;" doesn't work.
Steps:
1. Open System settings-
2. Set 1 minutes for “Turn screen off when inactive for”
3. Wait for 1 minutes
-->Failed. The screen still on.
Configuration:
PC: Dell Vostro
OS: Ubuntu Kylin 14.10 Daily Build 1008
