Fixes major FTBFs issues and updates clamav support.

avscan (3.2.1-openssl-1) unstable; urgency=low

   * New upstream release, updated to work with Clam Antivirus 0.91.x.

Ack from me. Even if the current package built, it's unlikely it would work
without update due to the Clamav API changes. We should sync this and then
backport it to feisty-backports.
