Screen dimming only working when laptop is on battery,
it make more sense to be put in On Battery stack

After discussion with Viko sounds like it is in fact the case that dimming doesn't work when you're plugged in. So it does make sense to move it to the "On Battery" stack. Otherwise, it seems we're implying that it should work all the time.
