Bug Description

Hey guys, I'm used to ubuntu not lubuntu but bought this laptop from my buddy, it's a PANASONIC CF-29 toughbook
my issuse is I'm trying to install wifi as I know the network adapter supported it when this pc was still running windows xp, so I have been tring to install ndiswrapper but that now required me to upgrade the image, am I just wasting my time on this old board or do I have problems yet to be discovered?

I get the same error when I do an sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade on Lubuntu 14.04.
Because of this error, I can't install any new software because this breaks first.
Is there anyway I can tell the package manager to ignore the error and continue installing other packages?
If so, please don't hestitate to contact me.
I'm running Lubuntu 14.04 on an old IBM Thinkpad T42.
I also commented on another thread which is related to this one, asking if it has something to do with PAE?
There are no hardware issues with this machine, so my guess is that it actualy has something to do with PAE.
