Bug Description
If a profile contains some "audit capability $whatever" rules, no AUDIT log entries are written.
This looks like a bug in apparmor_parser - when removing the "audit" keyword, the binary cache file of the profile is exactly the same.
Note: This bug is very old - it reportedly exists in AppArmor 2.5 (SLES 11), and still exists in AppArmor 2.8.96 (tested on openSUSE Factory).
