Bug Description
We should save customer contact information for failure reports (https:/
Contact info consists of:
* Last Name, First Name
* Email Address
* Company Name
* Phone Number (optional)
* Job Title (optional)
* Country (optional)
Contacts are used for whole Fuel installation (not for clusters).
Contacts CRUD operations should be provided by API
