Bug Description

LiveM provision fails if openstack and control are in different nodes .

2014-10-04 11:24:53.735 31270 INFO cinder.openstack.common.rpc.common [req-b08a70df-6f88-4ea5-8393-1a69947a84af None None] Reconnecting to AMQP server on 12.2.0.2:5672
2014-10-04 11:24:56.747 31270 ERROR cinder.openstack.common.rpc.common [req-b08a70df-6f88-4ea5-8393-1a69947a84af None None] AMQP server on 12.2.0.2:5672 is unreachable: Socket closed. Trying again in 30 seconds.

cinder.conf in openstack node points to openstack rabbitmq which is wrong.. it should point to controller node which is 12.2.0.1
