Bug Description
If I boot my Macbook with the lid closed, but an external monitor attached eveything displays on the external monitor (and this is correct). But after booting, if i try to open my lid it doesn't display anything on the screen, even when I disconnect the external monitor, reconnect it, and try to open/close the lid again - nothing happens.
