Please backport evince 3.14.0-0ubuntu2 (main) from utopic

Evince 3.14 (actually 3.13.90) introduces support for correct PDF rendering
on high DPI screen. On previous version, if the "Scale for menu and titlebar"
is set (or any equivalent high DPI related setting) the PDF is blurry.

Reason for the backport:
========================
All documents are blurry on evince if the "Scale for menu and titlebar" option
is set, which is probably is on the majority of the machines with high DPI screen.
This makes Evince on high DPI screen almost useless and another software has
to be used to view PDF.
