Bug Description
Please sync netcdf 1:4.1.3-7.2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Build-depend on automake-1.11.
this has been merged in debian

netcdf (1:4.1.3-7.2) unstable; urgency=low
* Non-maintainer upload.
* use dh-autoreconf to build, to cope with newer architectures. Thanks
to Fernando Seiti Furusato for the patch. Closes: #755829
