Bug Description

Acquisitions 2.6.0

Wishlist

When an Acquisitions Search is transacted for POs and Invoices, the results list is limited to only 15 lines. Use of the Next button is required to view more of the list. However the list can be very long, and use of the Next button can become tedious. Further, once a line is opened, when you click the Back button you are taken back to the very beginning of the list again.

A parameter that allows how many lines display in the list (including a display All option) would be a vast improvement.

The "Go Back" button issue was also noted at https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1287370.

I know there is a balance to be struck here between load times and ease of navigation, but we have some acq staff who would be willing to take a longer load time if all of their results appeared in one screen. Even better would be to display them all without significant load times. :)

Adding a note that, now that the web client is in production, rather than fixing this issue in the current Dojo interfaces, we should look at addressing this issue by moving acquisitions interfaces to AngularJS, where I expect search results would load in the same grid used by the other Angular interfaces. This grid allows users to set the display to anywhere from 5 to 100 rows at one time.

This is fixed in Angular Acq Search (bug 1850547). Marking won't fix.
