Sorry for misleading log. But it actually appears when there is no dhcp servers found.
Have you checked that dhcrelay/cobbler container/dnsmasq service is up and running?

in fuelmenu check for dhcp works fine.

Issue appears using host networking for docker containers.
I tried to play with dhcp options/different mac address for DHCP Discover packet,
but i can not manage to receive replies from dhcp server.

Dhcrelay check is disabled, so it is not a blocker for moving to juno

    Always print empty table if nothing is found by dhcpchecker

    Printing nothing leads to false conclusions that dhcpchecker
    failed to execute command. Printing empty table when there is
    no dhcp servers found should be much more user friendly

    Order of dhcp columns should be preserved

    It was possible to lose correct order of values
    in dhcp answer.
