[8.0] Dial triggered multiple times if Partner View opened through wizard which returns {}

I'm not sure what exactly causes the behavior, because I couldn't recreate the problem myself, but I saw it happening multiple times while another user was dialing.

Here is what the user did:
If you are e.g. in the Partner List View and execute a Wizard that returns {}, the Partner View List seems to do some kind of reload.
If you open the Partner Form (switch the view type) after that and click Dial the dialing is triggered two times. The popup shows up two times and the call is initiated two times.

I did exactly the same myself, with the users credentials, in the same db, in chrome and firefox but couldn't recreate it.

I would appreciate any ideas.
