[Removal Request Universe] spiftacity 2.13.89-0ubuntu3

Hello,

Please remove spiftacity 2.13.89-0ubuntu3 from the archive. The package hasn't seen an update since Dapper and currently FTBFSs badly. I am told it is no more than a slightly modified metacity.
