Bug Description

I upgraded to Utopic Unicorn and now I can't launch Julia.
The error is:

ERROR: could not open file ${CWD}${CWD}/etc/julia/juliarc.jl
 in include at boot.jl:238

where ${CWD} is the full pathname of the current working directory.
I looked at /usr/share/julia/base/boot.jl , but I was unable to fix it.

I purged Julia and reinstall it.

Is it a bug or is it a problem with my instalation?
