Bug Description
The ui is confusing as the bulk actions are listed in no particular logical order and are not limited based on the available options for the current nodes. It'd be great if maas could help me tell what I can/cannot do. It's not clear I first need to acquire a node before I can start it.
It'd be useful if when you select a bulk action if the list was updated by those that can have a chance at performing the action. Or if I've selected 5 nodes, then grey out any actions that I cannot do on those nodes.
