Bug Description
The system76-daemon does software-based backlight level restores for our Haswell products.
As of Linux 3.16 (or perhaps just as of a config option that started being used in the Ubuntu 3.16 kernel), the default is now as if you passed the acpi_backlight=
So now we must use /sys/class/
