Bug Description
Stellarium 0.13.0.90 for Windows (64-bit) based on Qt 5.3.2
The following message appears on start up:

This application failed to start because it could not find or load the Qt platform plugin "windows".
Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

Reinstalling has no effect.

The issue should be fixed in version 0.13.0.91
