- Double slash
- Split external libraries and our stuff
- Merge in other CSS/JS that was left in its own file
- Juiced output that was checked into our codebase
- (1h) Investigate existing tests

I've created missing bits for the new tickets.

#1377158: - (1h) Investigate existing tests

The rest is also completed and merged too, nothing left on the branch. Ticket can be closed.
