netns command crashes not reported through nodemgr

R1.10 Build 41

Sometimes, due to some errors, netns commands crash. A crash file is generated in /var/crash

But it not reported in the Contrail UI as a crash

Can you provide few pieces of information:
a) Do you see this issue with ubuntu or centos?
b) How was the core dump caused?

Please also note that netns process is not managed by supervisor, so its cores will not get reported through nodemgr.

let's send all core files from all node managers, since the UI is just listing them it is okay
if the cores show up on all nodes' details pages..

There is another issue here. Core files are generated in /var/crash rather than /var/crashes.

Please also take care of this issue if possible as part of the bug fix:

With latest service name changes: For e.g. from vnswd to contrail-vrouter-agent, core files do not contain full process name any more.

We have core file names such as core.contrail-vroute.5988.nodea33.1416560429

This can lead to lack of clarity regarding which service crashed.
