Bug Description
Initially it seemed kind of like a good idea to support custom library locations, but now that Vocal can play both audio and video there's not really a need for a user to access the episodes using a file browser (especially with the new sync functionality planned for 2.x).
The in-app preference should be removed from the preferences dialog. Leave the GSettings key in case a power user wants to take advantage of the option.
