Bug Description
Select High contrast during installing OS, cannot restore the changing.
在安装系统过程中选择高对比度，不能还原
Steps:
1. Install Ubuntu kylin 14.10 Daily Build 0924
2. During the install, click the "Universal Access" icon from top left of the screen
3. Select High Contrast, check the display
4. Click "High Contrast" again, check the display
-->Failed. Cannot restore the changing.
