Bug Description

In the bottom section, eg https://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/mailman-users#subscribers

This sentence is unclear:
"To unsubscribe from Mailman-Users, get a password reminder, or change your subscription options enter your subscription email address: "

I suggest changing the sentence to:
"To unsubscribe from Mailman-Users, get a password reminder, or change your subscription options, enter your subscription email address here: "

A further enhancement, would be to bold the 3 things that it let's a user do, i.e.
"To *unsubscribe* from Mailman-Users, get a *password reminder*, or change your *subscription options*, enter your subscription email address here: "

I think it's clear enough, but you can always edit the HTML for that page for any list by going to 'Edit the public HTML pages and text files -> General list information page' in the list's web admin GUI or making list specific, domain specific or sitewide edited versions of the listinfo.html template per the FAQ at <http://wiki.list.org/x/jYA9>.

Changed in mailman:
importance: Undecided → Wishlist
status: New → Won't Fix

"change your subscription options enter your subscription email address"
needs a comma, at the very least.
This is grammatically necessary!

It's more complicated than that. The actual message is dynamic depending on whether the list has a public roster or not, and even something as simple as adding a comma to the English text will break translation of the message into all the other supported languages.

While it's true that the existing message is not strictly grammatically correct, the error is minor and the consequence of fixing it requires changes to the message catalogs for 38 translations.

*nod* - Ok, that makes sense. Thanks for the details. Hopefully this change can be added, if anything else in the related string(s) gets updated. :)
