Steps to reproduce:
Deploy 3 controller nodes, 3 compute nodes, 3 ceph storage node and 1 zabbix server on Ubuntu 12.04
Symptom:
In teh web interface of the zabbix server, the following error is diaplayed in red: "Zabbix server is not running: the information displayed may not be current"
Workaround:
ssh to the zabbix server and restart zabbix-server : web interface don't display the error anymore

Seems like zabbix-server is started before mysql during installation.
