In Update Section, search any app which didn't installed in system, the status of application are wrong

在升级页面搜索没有安装的软件，默认显示是已安装，鼠标移到软件上，显示无法升级，点击进入软件详情页面，显示是升级

Steps:
1. Open UKSC
2. Enter Upgrade section, check the number of available upgrade application
3. Search application
-->Failed. There are search result in "Upgrade" section when the available upgrade application is 0.

Configuration:
PC: Dell Vostro
OS: Ubuntu Kylin 14.10 Daily Build 0924
UKSC: 1.1.0.0

没明白，是在某一个分类下没有可升级的软件？

这个bug的意思是：在升级模块下，提示 可升级 0 款软件， 但是在升级模块下，可以搜索出软件。
个人觉得如果没有软件可以升级的话，应该不能搜索出软件
