Bug Description
If wsrep_provider is set to the value it already has, cluster breaks and begins to return "Unknown command". Seppo reports that setting wsrep_provider clears wsrep_cluster_
A customer can put wsrep_provider in a script and run it, expecting it to be idempotent.
