Juno cloud archive is not available yet:

# add-apt-repository cloud-archive:juno
'juno': not a valid cloud-archive name.
Must be one of ['folsom', 'folsom-proposed', 'grizzly', 'grizzly-proposed', 'havana', 'havana-proposed', 'icehouse', 'icehouse-proposed', 'tools', 'tools-proposed']

Work around this pre-release testing by running:

apt-add-repository ppa:ubuntu-cloud-archive/juno-staging

Naw, I don't think it's ever advisable to install from the *-staging PPA for real deployments. If they still haven't updated the cloud archive by release day, maybe we can look at it as an emergency fix though...

I am still getting this error on Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS codename : trusty

Update your system with apt-get update/upgrade and/or reinstall the python-software-properties package.
