Bug Description

With the new image store, the Cluster Listing page no longer shows whether each cluster has the images imported or not. The cluster listing page should continue to show these similar to [1].

It should be able to show which cluster do not have the images, and it should be able to show what cluster have what images.

Note that it's imperative that the same information is available via the API: this information is used to start using nodes with the assurance that the images have been successfully synced to the cluster(s). If this isn't yet exposed on the API, could you please file a bug about this?

Is this exposed on the API or do we need a new bug?
