Bug Description
The documentation specifies this as an available option:
fuel provisioning --env-id 1 --default -d
While fuel reports back that this is not a valid option:
[root@fuel ~]# fuel provisioning --env-id 1 --default -d
usage: fuel provisioning [-h] --env ENV
fuel provisioning: error: argument --download/-d: not allowed with argument --default
