Neutron: "provider" extension attributes are mixed with non-extension operations

The "provider" extension (http://developer.openstack.org/api-ref-networking-v2.html#network_provider-ext) decorates network resources with additional attributes. Examples of these additional attributes, as returned in the JSON, are:

provider:network_type
provider:physical_network
provider:segmentation_id

These are specific to the extension. However, they're also listed in the response samples for NORMAL neutron operations - like List Networks, Get Network etc. http://developer.openstack.org/api-ref-networking-v2.html#networks
