Bug Description

Binary package hint: alpine

The message list in Alpine v.0.99 (gutsy) shows times in 12 hour format (ie. an email received at 18:05 shows up as received at 6:05pm) even when LC_TIME is set to no_NO, no_NO.UTF-8, en_DK or en_DK.UTF-8 (all 24 hour locales).

('Disable Index Locale Dates' in the message index preferences is not checked).
