Bug Description

the auth_token middleware has been moved to keystonemiddleware lib and deprecated in keystoneclient. we should be using middleware from keystonemiddleware in unit tests

    update references to auth_token middleware

    auth_token middleware is deprecated from keystoneclient. this
    patch updates references to use keystonemiddleware instead.
