Bug Description

Sometimes, after trying to delete volume it stays in error_deleting status.

OpenStack/Cinder version: stable/icehouse
OS: Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS (GNU/Linux 3.11.0-18-generic x86_64)
lvremove --version
  LVM version: 2.02.66(2) (2010-05-20)
  Library version: 1.02.48 (2010-05-20)
  Driver version: 4.25.0
