Create Network dialogue box arrow point is notched and rough with Firefox

In the Create Network dialogue on the first page, the point of the arrow graphic in the step indicator is notched and rough looking. See attached screen shot. Seems OK with Chrome.

jeremy-moffitt looked at this a bit and found:
- it works fine on Firefox/Windows, but only has jaggy edges on Firefox/Linux
- it is due to a Firefox bug. http://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/css-triangle/ shows how these triangles are drawn, and viewing that page with Firefox/Linux will show the same behavior.

So it may require a change in the approach to how those arrows are drawn to work correctly in all browsers.

    Change arrow transparent borders to inset borders

    In Firefox on Linux the workflow arrows appear to have stepped edges,
    simply changing the top and bottom transparent borders to inset borders
    causes the arrows to have smooth edges in all browsers.
