Bug Description
If you start the terminal app on Ubuntu Touch and login then type "exit" or do a "Ctrl-D" it results in an unusable terminal application which requires a reboot before it can be used again.
The expected behaviour would be either, the same as in Android, where the application exits, or it should result in a login prompt, as you would get with a virtual terminal.

I have an extension on gnome-shell which provides a permanent terminal. The behaviour for this when entering 'exit' is to simply reset the terminal (as if you had just logged in to the terminal). This is another alternative behaviour.
I wouldn't expect to get a login prompt, as it provides no security or anything, if you can just close and reopen the app. So, close the app or reset the terminal would be good.
