Bug Description

On Firefox 35a1, using e10s window, you can reproduce this bug by:
1. open a tab
2. go to some url (let's say www.mozilla.org)
3. open the Responsive Design View (from Tools / Webdeveloper, or using the hotkey Ctrl+Shift+M). The webpage will be resized
4. if you try to leave the Responsive Design View (from the menu or using the hotkey) you will get a new Responsive Design View in the same tab. Using the close button will have no effect

If you open a new non-e10s window, the bug doesn't appear.

$ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 14.04.1 LTS
Release: 14.04

$ apt-cache policy firefox-trunk
firefox-trunk:
  Installed: 35.0~a1~hg20140919r206235-0ubuntu1~umd1~trusty
  Candidate: 35.0~a1~hg20140919r206235-0ubuntu1~umd1~trusty
  Version table:
 *** 35.0~a1~hg20140919r206235-0ubuntu1~umd1~trusty 0
        500 http://ppa.launchpad.net/ubuntu-mozilla-daily/ppa/ubuntu/ trusty/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

The expected behaviour is, to in step 4, make the Responsive Design View to disappear.
Instead of making more Responsive Design Views inside my tab, or doing nothing when pressing the close button.
