create network - disable gateway checkbox

Bug Description
When you check the "Disable Gateway" checkbox in the Create Network dialogue (step 2) it might make sense to also disable the Gateway IP field.

It depends whether intended behaviour is for the IP to be saved and enabled later, I suppose. To me it seems logical to disable the Gateway IP field it when unticking "Disable Gateway".
