Bug Description

Ansible package required for granular deployment feature.
Will be used for daemonizing config management processes.

Existing deb/rpm build scripts for ansible:

https://github.com/ansible/ansible/tree/devel/packaging

Also it seems that we are lacking sshpass package, which is dependency for ansible

Is it really need to use devel version of ansible?
Please provide exact version to build.

Additionally we will need to package module from fuel-web repo:

This code should be placed in /usr/share/ansible
