[Ubuntu Touch] Timezone defaults to UTC and does not change automatically in Nexus 5

Bug Description
In Ubuntu Touch during first time setup, the timezone defaults to UTC. Even when the carrier network and internet is available, the timezone does not automatically change to the current timezone. I have to manually change the timezone.
Funnily, the setting says it's set to Automatic.
