s3_store_host including port num not working

Bug Description
Due to the following change in boto, "s3_store_host" with ":port num" does not work for now. If s3_store_host is configured with port num like below, it will try to connect to 80 as the standard http port.

s3_store_host parameter with port number
Handle to specify s3_store_host parameter with port
number. It was able to do that but not working as
expected now due to recent BOTO changes.
