Bug Description
On a fresh install of the communication server on an apache 2.4, apache doesn't start with the following error :
Syntax error on line 317 of /etc/apache2/
This line contains the following : require "SOAP_USER"
In UBUNTU 14.04 in fresh install similar error. Fail install
