Add the security group id besides the name in Manage Rules

In some cases it is useful to have visibility into the security group ID before performing an operation on it (e.g. if you want to use it to do some operations on the command line or to differentiate groups with the same name). I think it would be useful to add the id between parenthesis after the group name, on the "Manage rules" group details page:

We should be careful to avoid concatenation so that the word order/punctuation is controllable by translators.

In all the other components like images, routers, etc. the id is being displayed in the page just above the table along with other details/properties. Hence to maintain uniformity, I have come up with the solution as seen in the attachment. Kindly suggest.

Priyanka: your proposal lists the name (default) above the table, but the name is already included in both of the headers above it. That seems a bit redundant to me.
