Bug Description

A reference to lesscpy in settings.py is no longer required and is a left over of the less -> pyscss conversion.

    Removing obsolete reference to lesscpy

    The settings file still contains a COMPRESS_PRECOMPILER reference
    to lesscpy. With the transition to pyscss, this is no longer
    necessary.
