Docs: public catalog formats need to be updated

The Using the Public Catalog documentation at http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/2.6/_using_the_public_access_catalog_2.html identifies formats that were part of a stock Evergreen install up through 2.5. As of Evergreen 2.6, the formats on the basic search page have changed. The formats in the documentation should be updated accordingly.

Adding this as a bitesize doc need as something potential OPW applicants can work on. If it's not done by the end of the application period, I can take a look at it.
