Playercolor mask is sometimes black

Bug Description

Discovered in r7175. Although I have seen it in three different games, I have no idea how to reproduce.

As you can see in the attached screenshot, some buildings have black roofs instead of blue ones. Also the icons in the build menu are affected. Some observations:
- All buildings of the same type are affected. This includes those in the build menu.
- The three times I saw this issue, always a different set of buildings was affected.
- The problem does not disappear while playing. I do not know if reloading helps, but restarting Widelands does.
- So far, I have only seen it with the Atlanteans.
- OpenGL was enabled, but since there is no way to reproduce this bug reliably, I cannot tell whether it makes a difference.

My guess is that a surface is unloaded to early.

I believe this is fixed in trunk through renderqueue & texture atlas. please reopen if you see it after 7708.
